AC Cobra Replica
Most stupid purchase to date
8% complete
I bought this because it is the same colour as the Subaru, has wide arches and sounds good. Sadly, after only a couple of miles of awkward driving, trying to find the right gear and keep it in a straight line.. the engine decided to eat itself. Full storyline below. The car now sits across the Yorkshire / Lancashire border and we await updates from the specialist...

Can this man help?
Today I'm seeking the advice from an expert of what exactly I should be doing with this car, and hopefully get an idea of how wallet breaking it could be.

Time to dyno... what power is left?!
In Part 2 of our AC Cobra nightmarish adventure, we take things up a notch. After checking out the car at Silver Leaf in Sheffield and getting it back to the showroom, it’s time to find out what this replica is really made of.

My first mistake... actually buying it!
Today we’re heading over to a dealership in Sheffield called Silver Leaf, to check out something a bit special... a replica AC Cobra that’s caught our eye. We’ll be taking a proper look around the car, checking out the details, seeing how well it’s been put together, and deciding whether it’s actually worth buying.
